I went online to subscribe to the Arizona Daily Star. I received an email and subscribed to what I thought was the Arizona Daily Star (after a subsequently after a phone call, I was able to actually subscribed to the Arizona Daily Star, but later cancelled it and am now subscribed to the Arizona Republic .

A $8.70 charge,“Gan*Tennnewspaperscir 888-426-0491"appeared on my bank statement on 5/09. I called that number and spoke with Regina. She said that she would cancel my subscription and refund my money. I sent a copy of my bank statement to ateso@tucson.

On 06/04 a $9.99 charge appeared on my bank statement.

I called the number and this time spoke with Valerie.

She said that she would stop the subscription and refund me $8.70 plus $9.99. That has not happened.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Refund promised, But no refund.
