Gannett - What customer service
Customer service at Gannett/Tennesean is a joke. Pay your bill, then get a bill for more charges. When you call, and are on ignore for more than an hour, the rep is unable to look at your account, or unwilling, and when you request to speak with a supervisor or manager you are given the run around again.
