I'd received the online version of the Freep for over 2 years.

In June or July I paid for 1 years' service to switch from State Journal delivered edition to online delivery. Have not been able to access either

newspaper since that time. PKEASE GRANT ME ACCESS TO PRE-PAID yearly rate for Freep and LSJ. Hard to be imagine this must be so complicated!

Have been hospitalized out of Lansing for six months and thus have not followed up on this until now.

In July/August 2017, I tried desperately numbers of times to communicate via your customer service phone lines without success. In the end they co-mingled the Freep sign-in with the LSJ sign-in (which I was never able to access), and resulted in my inability to access neither Freep or LSJ content. This was all, as you might imagine, extremely frustrating. Trying to access either one left me with no ability to sign in as I had no password with which to gain access. Would like credit for months of no access.
